Highly adept in the full life cycle of a project from investment feasibility, land acquisition, entitlement management, master planning, debt & equity capital markets, and investor/operations management, Christopher provides a unique offering based on his strategic, entrepreneurial and creative expertise.

Having managed and collaborated on some of the most iconic and editorially coveted developments globally over the years spanning from California to New York, Ireland, Ibiza, Italy, Dubai and Mozambique, Christopher has always had an affinity for thoughtful design that provides an elevated bespoke experience.

With more than 15 years of construction industry experience spanning North America and Australia, Mick’s focus has spanned multiple private and public sectors including aged-care, high-end retail, hospitality, aviation, and commercial development. Mick has direct oversight of all project facets including initial underwriting, acquisitions, re- zoning, permitting, design, team management and construction.

Specializing in high-end commercial, hospitality & residential development with a bespoke and boutique quality, Matt’s expertise runs the full life- cycle of an asset from acquisition, feasibility, zoning, visioning and design, financing, development management and execution, operations, investment management and disposal. As a formally trained architect, a practiced real estate developer and owner himself, Matt has an in-depth education and understanding around zoning, design and feasibility which enables him to approach the highest and best use of a property in a uniquely well-rounded, creative and entrepreneurial way.
