This ground-up architectural creative office space, spanning 13,000 square feet, is located on the prime street of Hollywood's media district. The symmetrical façade, crafted from concrete and glass, not only provides a striking visual identity but also functions as a spatial organizer for the interior, creating a harmonious balance between form and function.
