Ground up architectural creative office space comprised of 13,000 square feet located on the best street in the media district of Hollywood. The design approach reflects a commitment to an open design by developing an architecture focused on simplicity, material expression, and the careful integration of all building systems.
The symmetrical facade made of concrete and glass serves as a spatial organizer for tenants inside. A courtyard is introduced to frame the large existing oak and allow natural light to flood into all the shared space. A balance is maintained between ensuring the continuity of the optimizing space on roof top gardens on two levels creating an element of leisure.
Designed as a reflection of the company’s creative vision. The principle behind the facade construction is to use a simple curtain walling system in combination with the concrete structure while maintaining a proportional impact and aesthetic quality to the neighborhood. Devoted to single open volumes, each floor is open and designed as a place to exchange ideas and work as a collaborative team.
Along with former parters, oversaw all aspects of the development from inception to completion, as creative space served
as personal HQ of former development company prior to the commercial building sale in March 2023.
