Surfrider Hotel

Hospitality

Inspired by the picturesque Malibu landscape and rich heritage of California surf culture, The Surfrider was completely rebuilt and expanded in 2017 and personifies Malibu’s historic beach-town community. The redesign of the original 1950s-era motel has transformed The Surfrider into a contemporary boutique hospitality asset which provides guests
an unparalleled experience that is unforgettable and unique to Malibu. This California landmark boasts 18 rooms and two suits, a library, a guest-only rooftop bar and a restaurant. Since opening, The Surfrider has ranked in the Conde Naste Traveler Hot List 100 and press awarded in Vogue, Conde Nast Traveler, and New York Times.
